Your pet must be current on all recommended vaccinations before boarding at our facility. The client acknowledges that they are placing the pets into an area in which communicable diseases may pass between seemingly healthy pets. If following a provided service date the pet shows signs of illness, the client may not hold Rainsville Animal Clinic liable for any inadvertent exposure the pet may have received, and if the client requests an exam, treatment, or medications for the pet that it will be provided by Rainsville Animal Clinic at full cost to the client. If proof of vaccination can be provided for each pet, no additional vaccines will be administered. If such proof cannot be provided, a Rainsville Animal Clinic veterinarian will administer all required vaccines at the owner’s expense. Vaccines that have been administered by a non-veterinarian will not be accepted.
Vaccinations Required include:

If your pet needs to receive daily medications while boarding there will be additional $2.00 charge per day. Clear and concise instructions must be provided. Please ensure that all items are labeled with name and dosing instructions that match the instructions written below. If items are given only once daily, please indicate AM or PM dosing.
